摘要 通过对导电剂,添加剂,粘结剂的种类和用量以及浆料涂敷,干燥,成型等工艺参数的最佳确定,研制了体积比容量大于630mAh/cm^3以上的泡沫镍正极,并用其与自制负极组装成AA型MH/Ni电池,电池0.2C容量达1450 ̄1525mAb,1C容量大于1300mAh且电池放电电压平台较高,0.2C放电1.2V以上时间占总时85%左右。 The optimum composition and the preparation technology of the positive electrode of MH/Ni battery were studied in details. The specific capacity of the electrode made reached to 630 .mAh/cm3. The AA-sized MH/Ni battery made by such positive electrode with nickel foamed substrate had excellent performance, such as its capacity at 0. 2℃ rate achieved 1 450 ~ 1 525 mAh and at 1 C rate achieved more than 1 300mAh. and its discharge voltage platform was higher, the discharge time with output voltage above 1. 2V was about 85 % of the total time at 0. 2℃ rate.
