Independent college practices the system of director - general responsibility under the leadership of board of council. To persevere in the socialist orientation in education provision, one must realize the importance of construction of the CPC, trying to find the new idea and way of it with innovation spirit. And communists in the independent college must play the vanguard and exemplary role and train qualified and reliable successors for socialism.
