高校管理干部“双肩挑”现象研究

高校管理干部"双肩挑"是目前普遍存在的一个现象,这种管理模式的存在有其必然性。文章分析了实际工作中"双肩挑"管理干部存在的问题,并提出要合理设置"双肩挑"岗位,从五个方面加强岗位培训,强化管理和考核,关心支持"双肩挑"干部成长等对策。

It is a pervasive phenomenon that college managerial administrators hold double shoulder task. The existence of this management model has its inevitability. The article analyses the existing problems and proposes some suggestions in practice, such as setting ＂double shoulder task＂ posts reasonabley, strengthening post training, management and assessment, and caring about the growth of them.
