阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者血清8-异构前列腺素及超敏C反应蛋白的检测

Detection of serum 8-isoprostane and hsCRP in obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome

目的:探讨血清8-异构前列腺素(8-isoprostane)以及超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)的浓度与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)之间的关系。方法:选取2009年1～12月在我院进行睡眠呼吸监测的62例男性肥胖患者,根据睡眠呼吸紊乱指数(AHI)分为OSAHS组和单纯肥胖组,20例健康成人为对照组。采用胶乳增强的免疫比浊法技术测定所有受试者的血清hsCRP水平,酶联免疫法测定血清8-异构前列腺素水平。结果:肥胖的中重度OSAHS组血清hsCRP水平和血清8-异构前列腺素水平明显高于对照组,亦明显高于单纯肥胖组和肥胖轻度OSAHS组。结论:中重度OSAHS患者血清hsCRP水平和血清8-异构前列腺素水平明显升高,表明OSAHS患者体内存在脂质过氧化反应和氧化应激,且随着患者的病情加重机体内脂质过氧化反应和氧化应激加强。

Objective：To explore the serum 8-isoprostane and hsCRP levels in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea（OSAHS）.Methods：A total of 62 males with obesity were examined with polysomnography（PSG） and were classified based on their apnea hypopnea index（AHI） as either OSAHS subjects or obese subjects without OSAHS.20 healthy people without OSAHS as the controls.The serum 8-isoprostane and hsCRP were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results：8-isoprostane and hsCRP were significantly higher in patients with moderate-to-severe OSAHS compared with patients with mild OSAHS and obese or healthy subjects without OSAHS.Conclusion：These results suggest that lipidperoxidation and inflammation are increased during sleep in patients with OSAHS.
