2型糖尿病患者大血管病变临床相关因素分析

Analysis of clinical related factors of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular disease

目的:探讨引起2型糖尿病患者出现大血管病变(MA)的临床相关因素。方法:回顾性分析100例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,分为观察组和对照组,各50例,其中合并MA作为观察组(有MA组),未发生MA的作为对照组(无MA组),对两组患者的基础资料以及血糖、血脂、血压等相关因素进行分析,并对相关因素进行Logistic回归分析。结果:100例2型糖尿病患者共发生MA41例(41.0%),单因素检验13个变量(体重、有无基础疾病、血脂、血压及血糖等相关指标)是2型糖尿病患者共发生MA的因素(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、BMI、病史无关(P>0.05)。在单因素分析的基础上将有统计学意义的13个变量采用Logistic回归分析,筛选出独立因素,按OR值的大小依次为FBG、HbA1C、血脂以及合并其他基础疾病。结论:2型糖尿病合并MA是多种因素作用的结果,应积极控制各因素,以降低糖尿病患者的发病率、死亡率。

Objective：To investigate the clinically relevant factors of type 2 diabetic patients with macrovascular disease.Methods：The clinical data of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into two groups,each 50 cases,in which the great vessel disease as the observation group（with MA group）,without macrovascular disease as a control group（no MA group）,two groups of patients on the basis of information as well as blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure and other related factors were analyzed,and Logistic regression analysis of related factors.Results：In 100 patients with type 2 diabetes,macrovascular disease in patients with a total of 41 cases（41.0%）,single factor test 13 variables（body weight,underlying diseases,blood lipids,blood pressure and blood sugar and other related indicators） in patients with type 2 diabetes occurred macrovascular factors（P0.05）,but unrelated with age,sex,BMI,history（P0.05）.In univariate analysis,statistically significant would be the basis of 13 variables using Logistic regression analysis,independent factors were selected according to the value of the order OR：FBG,HbA1C,lipids and other underlying diseases combined.Conclusion：In type 2 diabetes with macrovascular disease is the result of multiple factors,each factor should be actively controlled to reduce the incidence of diabetes and mortality.
