HPLC法测定消癖颗粒中淫羊藿苷的含量

Study on determination of Xiaopi Granules by HPLC

目的:建立消癖颗粒中淫羊藿苷含量测定的方法。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(26.3:73.7)为流动相,检测波长为270nm,流速为1.00ml/min。结果:淫羊藿苷在进样量9.89～158.24μg/ml范围内,与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为(100.15±0.44)%,RSD为0.44%。结论:本法操作简单易行,可以用消癖颗粒中淫羊藿苷的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a methods for the determination of icariin in Xiaopi Granules by HPLC.Methods：The Intersil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phase used was acetonitrile-water（26.3：73.7） and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9.89-158.24 μg/ml（r=0.999 8）.The average recovery was（100.15±0.44）% with a RSD of 0.44%.Conclusion：The method is simple and sensitive,it can be used as the quality control of Xiaopi Granules.
