葛根素注射液对糖尿病视网膜病变患者血液流变学的影响

Efficacy of Puerarin Injection on hemorheology of patient with diabetic retinopathy

目的:探讨葛根素注射液对糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)患者血液流变学的影响。方法:50例糖尿病视网膜病变患者给予葛根素注射液治疗4周后,记录与比较治疗前后的血液流变学的改变。结果:糖尿病视网膜病变患者经4周葛根素注射液治疗,眼底检查有明显疗效,治疗前后血液流变学有明显改善。结论:葛根素注射液对糖尿病视网膜病变有明显的治疗效果。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Puerarin Injection on hemorheology of patient with diabetic retinopathy.Methods：50 cases of diabetic retinopathy were treated by Puerarin Injection for 4 weeks,the changes on hemorheology before and after treatment were compared.Results：After 4 weeks treatment,the patient with diabetic retinopathy had significant effects of fundus examination,and the hemorheology improved.Conclusion：Puerarin Injection has obvious efficacy on patient with diabetic retinopathy.
