老年急性脑出血患者的护理

Nursing of elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage

目的:总结老年急性脑出血患者的护理要点。方法:对我科2008年1月～2009年10月收治的老年急性脑出血患者120例,采取的相关护理措施进行回顾性分析。结果:120例患者能通过适当干预,治愈72例,好转30例,未愈12例,死亡6例。结论:护理人员严密观察病情变化,及时采取预防和护理对策,可有效防止并发症发生,促进患者的康复。

Objective：To evaluate the elderly patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage emergency care points.Methods：Division in January 2008 to October 2009,admitted 120 cases of elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and take mea-sures related to emergency care were analyzed retrospectively.Results：120 patients after the appropriate intervention,72 cases were cured,30 cases were improved,12 cases were healed and 6 cases died.Conclusion：The nurses closely observed the patient＇s condition,timely preventive and care measures that can effectively prevent complications and promote patient recovery.
