The Clinical pharmacy work in our hospital

目的:探讨基层医院如何开展临床药学工作。方法:对26年工作进行小结。结果:所做的工作包括:摆药前审查处方,提供用药咨询服务,参与临床查房、会诊,定期分析处方与病历,发"药讯",讲课,搞科研,报不良反应等。结论:未能实测血药浓度的二级医院也可量力而行开展临床药学工作。

Objective：To study how the clinical pharmacy work can be done in the primary hospitals.Methods：The clinical pharmacy work in our hospital during the past 26 year was summarized.Results：The work included：checking the recipe before dispensing,providing advice for rational use of drugs,taking part in clinical rounds and consultation,analyzing the recipe and medical records regularly,issuing the ＂drug information journal＂,giving lectures,carrying out scientific research,reporting adverse drug reactions etc.Conclusion：Primary hospitals that are unable to monitor serum drug concentrations can also perform clinical pharmacy work.
