浅析欠发达地区农村社区建设存在的问题及对策

A General Analysis on the Problems and Countermeasures of Rural Communities Construction in Undeveloped Areas

从农村社区建设现状入手,分析了我国欠发达地区的农村社区建设存在着缺乏农村社区建设所需的人才、资金,村民居住形式分散,宗族意识浓厚以及主动参与意识缺乏使农村社区建设缺乏一种合力等问题。在分析问题的基础上,对我国欠发达地区农村社区建设提出了自己的看法:应从社区建设的组织者、参与者、政策支持三个方面着手解决存在的问题。

On the basis of the present situation of rural communities construction, this paper focuses on the analy- sis of the rural communities construction problems in undeveloped areas of our country. It points out that the lack of specialized theory, talents and capital makes the massive construction of rural communities in these areas more difficult, and the rural communities are short of resultant force because of the scattered living form, the strong sense of the clan as well as the lack of active participation awareness of the the author puts forward his own point of view that these nroblems should be villagers. Based on these situations, resolved from the three aspects： organiers, participants and policy supporting.
