煤粉锅炉飞灰热损失的研究

摘要 讨论煤粉成灰的规律,建立了煤粉锅炉飞灰热损失的摸型。该模型可用于在实炉运行中预报锅炉的飞灰热损失qfh4与煤粉细度R90之间的函数关系,并针对一台实际运行的煤粉锅炉给出了计算结果。结果表明,在锅炉当前运行工况下,某一粒级的煤粉具有较高的燃尽率,也就是说,仅就qfh4损失而言,存在着一个最佳煤粉细度。本文提出的方法对于指导煤粉锅炉的运行,尤其是使用可磨性差,燃尽困难或高灰分煤种时具有一定的实用价值。 Abstract The law of conversion from pulverized coal into fly ash is discussed and a model is buiit up for determining unburned carbon loss in the fly ash from pulverized coal boilers,This moded can be used to predict the functional relation between unburned carbon loss and pulverized coal fineness. A calculation was made by the author on a pulverized coal boiler in operation. The results show that under operational condition of boiler there is a optimum fineness for burnout of pulverized coal. The method proposed in this paper can be used for directing the boiler operation especially when burning a coal with poor grindalitity, poor burn-out rate or higher ash content.
