摘要
企业文化的建设,必须通过各种载体来实现。作为一套结构完整的企业形象塑造系统,CIS理论为企业文化载体建设提供了一个全新的问题解决模式。CIS包涵MI、BI、VI三个子系统,而企业文化载体也分为精神载体、行为载体和物质载体三个部分,CIS与企业文化载体之间存在着一一对应的关系。
The construction of corporate culture must depend on all kinds of carrier. As a set of perfect corporate identity system,the introduction of CIS theory offers a brand-new solution mode and thinking for the study on construction of corporate culture carrier. This paper begins with introducing the implication of CIS and its elements,then analyzes the relations between three subsystems of CIS and components of corporate culture carrier,and tries to find a new idea for the construction of corporate culture on CIS theory,and finally,explains the relations between the CIS importing and the construction of corporate culture carrier and points out some problems to which attention should be paid in the process of practice.
