摘要
构建和完善教研室教学质量监控体系,实施对整个教学环节的监控是提升教学质量的根本保证。教研室的教学质量监控要以人为本,充分体现在整个教学工作过程中的指导作用,监控过程应当是培养教师的过程。
Constructing and improving teaching quality monitoring system for teaching and research section,together with monitoring the whole teaching process,is fundamental to enhance the quality of teaching. Teaching quality monitoring for teaching and research section should be people-oriented and fully reflect its guiding role in the teaching process,and the monitoring process should be the process of teacher training.
