摘要
分别采用有机溶剂热浸法、微波浸提法提取春砂仁中的挥发性成分,并利用GC-MS对提取物进行检测,采用NIST数据库检索并确定了化合物的结构,经色谱峰面积归一化法测定了其化合物的百分含量。结果表明:二种提取方法均能有效地提取春砂仁中的挥发性成分,但微波浸提法省时省力;提取物的主要化学成分为乙酸龙脑酯、樟脑、龙脑、古巴烯、匙叶桉油烯等,与春砂仁的传统药理活性相符。为确立简单、有效的提取春砂仁挥发性成分的方法和合理利用春砂仁资源提供了依据。
Two methods,hot organic solvent extraction and microwave assisted extraction,were tested for volatile components in Amomum villosum Lour.And the achieved volatile components by the two methods were then analyzed by GC-MS.Result showed that both the two methods can be used for effective extraction of the volatile components from Amomum villosum.The microwave assisted extraction was less time-consuming than hot organic solvent extraction.The main chemical components in extracts were found as acetic acid borneol ester,camphor,borneol,copaene,spathulenol,etc.,which showed the traditional and pharmacological activity of Amomum villosum Lour.This research provided references to extraction the volatile components from Amomum villosum Lour reasonably.
