摘要
易组式集散型智能化监测系统是一种测试锅炉水冷壁裂纹故障微机测试系统。该系统遵循系统上下位机互联通迅模式的原则,可根据各厂实际情况优化组合成最佳最小化的测试系统,灵活地设计出硬件结构,同时按软件工程理论设计了一套具有数据采集及处理功能、网络协议及在线监测功能、越限报警及事故分析功能和监测及报表打印功能的用户界面友好、移植性强的软件结构。该系统在安徽平圩电厂水冷壁裂纹故障测试中成功地得到应用,为锅炉故障诊断提供了很好的手段。
Abstract This paper
introduces a computer-based montioring system applied to the failure diagnosis of boiler
waterwall.According to the principles of intercommunication pattern, the hardware structure that
should be organized for an optimum and minimum instrrmentation system in the light of actual
sitration of unit can be elastically designed. Moreover, according to the theory of software
engineering, a suit of computer software system, which possesses multifunction like data
acquisition & processing,network protocal & on-line monitoring,over-limit alarm & failure
analysis and graphic display & report forms printing etc,has been designed. This computer
software has many advantages,such as friendly user interface and high portability. This
computer monitoring system has been successfully applied to Pingwei Power Plant.
