摘要
介绍了电站工程质量控制的重点，并针对总承包项目采用ＩＳＯ９０００ 质量管理和质量保证标准，阐述了分承包方提供的产品的重要性和质量控制的关键。以加强分承包方提供产品的质量控制，对于完成总承包项目并向用户提供合格的电站机组具有重要意义。
This paper introduced key steps of quality controlling of power plant. The importance of subcontractor providing products and the key of quality controlling are expounded according to the projects of general contracting and application of ISO 9000 Quality Management and Assurance Standards. The enhancing of quality controlling of subcontractor providing products is also important to the completion of projects and supplying qualified generator sets to customers.
