The development of professional knowledge and skills of counselors is the core of professional construction of university counselors which is related to the success or failure of the entire student work.This paper,by means of online learning community,attempts to build a virtual learning community for university counselors.The platform of learning community plays a number of advantages in developing counselors' professional knowledge and skills to explore a path for the development in the era of information.
