Analysis and Management on College Students' Violation Behavior

当前大学生违纪行为越来越普遍,违纪的严重性越来越大,文章对大学生违纪的成因进行研讨分析,探讨了对违纪大学生的管理教育方法,研究和总结高校学生教育管理的一般规律,并提出减少和防止学生违纪行为的相关管理对策。

Nowadays, the phenomena of violation behavior in university happen repeatedly, with an increasing severity. In this paper, the author analyzes the causes of discipline violation and explores the educational methods and managements, investigates and summarizes the general law of the education management of the college students, puts forward some countermeasures of decreasing or preventing this phenomenon.
