说明了计算机２０００年问题的基本概念以及其对社会和经济的可能产生各种影响，论述了解决计算机２０００年问题的关键问题和一般步骤，最后介绍了华东电力系统为解决该问题已进行的一些工作和下一步工作计划。
The basic concept of computer′s Y2K problem, by which the chaos produced on sociaty and economics field and the key measure and general procedure for solving the problem are described. Finally, the work has had done by ECPS for solving the problem and the further step on the work are explained.
