摘要
目的筛选治疗酵母菌病的中药方剂。方法采用打孔法做蒲公英、连翘等单味中药和3种方剂的平板抑菌试验,确定最终中药组方,定名为"酵母散",然后做方剂"酵母散"的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)试验。结果除蒲公英、连翘、鱼腥草外,其余各单味中药及3组方剂对4种酵母均有不同程度的抑制作用,以方剂1的抑菌效果较好;"酵母散"方剂对4种主要致病性酵母菌MIC值平均为0.116 g/ml。结论 "酵母散"方剂能抑制主要致病性的酵母菌的生长。
Objective To screen Chinese medicinal formulae used to treat diseases caused by yeast.Methods A disk diffusion test using paper disks was done with single Chinese traditional medicines such as dandelion and weeping forsythia fruit and three kinds of Chinese medicinal formulae.The Chinese medicinal formulae were then determined and designated "jiaomusan".Finally,a minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)test was performed with "jiaomusan".Results Each kind of Chinese traditional medicine inhibited four kinds of yeast to different degrees except for dandelion,Fructus forsythia,and Herba houttuyniae.All three kinds of Chinese medicinal formulae inhibited yeast to different degrees but 1 formula was the most effective.The Chinese medicinal formula "jiaomusan" effectively inhibited four kinds of pathogenic yeast with a mean value of MIC is 0.116 g/ml.Conclusion The Chinese medicinal formula "jiaomusan" inhibited the growth of main pathogenic yeast.
