2010年年初,两岸金融监管合作谅解备忘录(MOU,以下简称备忘录)完成签署,标志着两岸金融合作步入了实质性阶段。备忘录签署对两岸银行业合作和发展带来了历史性机遇,同时也为未来两岸银行业加强合作提出了挑战。本文对于两岸加强金融合作前景进行了分析,并提出了几点建议,同时对于交通银行在两岸金融合作中应发挥的作用进行了阐述。

Memorandum of Understanding on cross-strait financial supervision （MOU） was signed in early 2010,a substantive stage of the cross-strait financial cooperation.Signing the MOU offers opportunities as well as challenges to the cross-strait financial cooperation.This articleanalysizes the prospects of the cross-strait financial cooperation and proposes suggestions,and describes the functions the Communications Bank of China should play in the cross-strait financial cooperation.
