摘要 提出了一种改进的电压跟随器PFCCukAC-DC变换器,其输入电感工作在不连续导电模式以实现PFC功能,而输出电感工作在连续导电模式从而降低了功率器件的应力,同时可减小开关损失。文中论述了所提出的新方法实现PFC的机理;推导出保证电路实现功率因数接近1的临界条件。SPICE仿真和实验结果证实了分析的正确性。 An improved voltage follower PFC Cuk AC-DC converter hontinuous conduction mode to implement PFC function, and the output inductor can work in its continuos conduction mode to reduce the current stresses on the power devices. Moreover, the switch losser can be relieved owing to CCM of the output inductor. The principle and the boundary conditions of the new circuit are discussed, analyzed and proved by SPICE simulations and a prototype.
