摘要
分析了消费者在不确定情形下的需求特点,提出产品造型设计的感性需求演化模型,运用启发式策略引导客户的需求逐步明确化。在一个金融机具新产品开发实例中,以模糊ISODATA聚类法从行业产品资料中提取启发式信息,聚类得出代表趋势的3种风格方向,进行原型设计,在原型的基础上演化得出理想的设计方案。最后讨论了所提出模型在应用中的关键问题,以及对于消费类产品,在启发式信息的提取方法和原型设计方法上与实例应有的差别。
It analyzes the feature of consumers' needs in indefinite situation, proposes the evolution model of perceptual needs in product form design. It applies the heuristic strategy in this model to guide the vague needs to specification step by step. Taking a new finacial equipment as an example, it uses the fuzzy ISODATA clustering method to abstract heuristic information, obtains three styles representing the trend based on the designed prototypes, and determines the ideal design within the evolution of the prototypes. It discusses the key items in application of the model, shows the difference about methods abstracting heuristic information and designing the prototypes.
