摘要
为分析自卸汽车铝合金车箱的结构强度,建立了以板壳单元为基本单元的车箱有限元分析模型,采用多体动力学仿真分析软件SIMPACK仿真计算得到了油缸的举升力,按朗肯主动土压力理论计算得到了卸载时砂石对各板的作用力,应用Hyperworks有限元分析软件对车箱结构强度进行了静态强度分析,分析结果对铝合金车箱的结构优化具有重要的参考价值。
In order to analyze the structural strength of aluminum carriage in dump truck, it establishes the finite element analysis model of the carriage with basic shell element, defines the lift force of the cylinder based on the multi-body dynamic software SIMPACK, calculates the gravel pressure on the carriage according to Rankine active earth pressure theory, applies Hyperworks FE software to simulate the static strength of the aluminum carriage. The results of the stress and deformation distribution of the carriage in different cases provides the reference to optimize the aluminum carriage.
