摘要
为了实现产品开发资源能力的定量描述和分析,更好地支持产品开发资源配置和管理,构建了基于产品开发ProA的资源能力模型,深入阐述了产品开发ProA资源能力描述和资源能力的层次结构,提出了产品开发过程的资源能力指数CI、资源任务能力项RTCI和资源实际能力项RPCI,给出了RTCI和RPCI的映射关系式,建立了产品开发过程资源能力的优化配置机制,为开发过程资源管理提供了一个通用平台。
In order to describe product development resources capability and support more betterly the product development resources management, it constructs the resources capability modelling of product development based on the ProA resources model, and analyzes thoroughly resources capability hierarchical structure for the product development.It proposes the product development process＇s resources capability index CI, resources task capability item RTCI and resources physcial capability item RPCI. The resources capability of the optimized deployment mechanism is established through the mapping relations of the RTCI and the RPCI.
