颈椎病的X线表现及其分型

The Clinical Situation and Classification of X-rays Appeared in Cervical Spondylosis

目的:进一步提高普通X线对各型颈椎病的诊断。方法:结合教科书等资料对311例颈椎病的临床表现及X线特点进行分类。结果:颈椎病分椎动脉型、神经根型、脊髓型、交感神经型、食管型、混合型,各型所占比例依次为40.2%、27.9%、10%、6.8%、4.5%、10.6%。

Objective：To improve the quality of ordinary X-ray′s diagnoses applied in kinds of cervical spondylosis.Method：Classifying the clinical situation of cervical spondylosis and the features of X-ray follows the way introduced in textbook.Results：The proportions of vertebral artery series,nerve root series,spine series,sympathetic nerve series,esophagus series,mixed series in all kinds of cervical spondylosis are 40.2%,27.9%,10%,6.8%,4.5%,10.6%.
