琼台观光休闲农业的合作与发展探讨

Cooperation and Development Strategy in agro-tourism Between Hainan and Taiwan Based on Mutual Benefits and Multi-Win

从政策、海峡两岸关系、加入WTO后对台湾农业的冲击、海南国际旅游岛与热带农业方面，分析了琼台观光休闲农业合作面临的机遇。以及在两岸交流、发展、管理方面存在的挑战；提出了破除体制障碍，加大扶持力度；突出双方特色，发挥各自优势；改善合作环境，创新合作模式；注重交流沟通，加强经验借鉴，推进琼台观光休闲农业合作与发展，实现互利双赢的策略。

This paper researches from the aspects of policy,relationship between the two sides of the Strait, impact on the agriculture of Taiwan after entering WTO, International Tourism Island and tropical agriculture are analyzed facing opportunity of the agro-tourism Between Hainan and Taiwan, and facing challenge in aspects of exchange across the straits,development and management. Then puts forward to the strategy of breaking the barriers in systems, strength- ening the supporting force; outstanding characteristics of both sides and displaying their respec- tive advantages; improving cooperation environment and Innovative Cooperation Mode; emphasiz- ing communication with each other and experiencing reference, so as to drive forth agricultural cooperation and promote agricultural development, and to achieve Win-win benefits of the two sides of the Strait.
