改革开放以来,我国收入分配制度改革成效显著。同时,随着改革的深入发展,分配领域也出现了贫富悬殊不断拉大、分配秩序混乱、分配不公等突出问题,这些问题事关社会的稳定和经济的健康发展。克服分配领域中的问题要从完善分配体系、转变经济发展方式、规范收入分配秩序、变革户籍制度、打破行业垄断、提高低收入群体的收入水平等方面着手。
