摘要
德国“双元制”职业教育模式是德国职业教育的核心部分,它的形成、发展和完善,有着特定的历史文化条件和社会背景,同时也是社会经济发展和科技进步的产物。独特的民族文化传统、国家政策支持、健全的行会制度和经济结构是双元制职业教育模式形成的主要因素。
The German dual system of vocational education is the core of vocational education in Germany. Its formation, development and improvement have the specific historical and cultural conditions and social background. It is also the product of the socio-economic development and technological progress. This paper discusses the major factors for the German dual system of vocational education.
