独立学院汉语言文学专业复合型人才培养的思考

Re flection of Training Chinese Language and Literature Multi-skilled Talented Persons in Independent College

培养复合型人才已成为各类院校的共识。独立学院汉语言文学专业复合型人才的培养需要注意四个方面的问题:一是"复合"的具体内涵应因地制宜;二是独立学院应办出"三本"院校的特色;三是复合型人才培养应是学校整体行为;四是"复合"的内涵要从对象到内容逐一具体化。

Training multi-skilled talented persons has become a consensus in academic circles. According to the practical work, this paper offers four proposals on how to train professional personnel of Chinese language and literature in Independent College. First, the connotation of multi-skill should tailor measures to suit local conditions; Second, the independent college should have the characteristic of ＂the Third Admis- sion Batch of Undergraduate＂; Third, cultivation of multi-skilled persons should be an integrated action of the overall university; Four, for multi-skill talented persons, connotation of ＂the multi-skill＂ should be embodied from object to content one by one.
