摘要
通过对石家庄电网污闪事故调查分析,认为这次污闪事故的主要原因是:大雾时间长、相对湿度大,使绝缘子饱和受潮;大气环境污染比较严重,二氧化硫、颗粒物、降尘量3项主要指标都超过国家二级标准,绝缘子积污秽相当严重;防污措施的力度不够。提出了今后防污闪综合技术措施和建议。
Through the investigation and analysis it is considered the main causes of the pollution flashover in Shijiazhuang Grid are long time of fog,high relative humidity causing saturated humidity of insulators,seriously polluted atmosphere containing excessive sulfur-dioxide,particulate matters,and quantity of fallen dust (beyond second class of national standard) cause heavy dirty deposit on insulators.Comprehensive technical measures to prevent from pollution flashover are proposed.
