摘要 运用变异系数及属性识别理论对城乡结合部交通安全问题进行研究。在对影响城乡结合部交通安全因素综合分析的基础上,建立了城乡结合部交通安全评价指标体系。运用变异系数法确定各项指标权重,建立了城乡结合部交通属性识别安全评价模型。根据单指标属性测度值和多指标综合属性测度值,利用置信度准则识别城乡结合部的交通安全水平。应用此评价模型进行实例分析表明其具有良好的实用性,可以为城乡结合部交通安全规划和治理提供决策依据。 Research is conducted on road traffic safety in urban-rural conjunction region using variation coef- ficient method and attribute mathematical recognition theory. Safety evaluation index system is established based on analysis of influencing factors of urban-rural region safety. Variation coefficient method is used to determine the weight of every index and set up the attribute mathematical recognition evaluation model of road traffic safety in urban-rural conjunction region. The safety level is identified by using confidence rule and according to attrib- ute measurement values of single index and multiple indices. The analysis of a particular example using the model shows that the model is practical and could provide decision-making evidence for traffic safety programming and management in urban-rural conjunction region.
