柴桂温胆定志汤对抑郁模型大鼠海马神经递质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察柴桂温胆定志汤对抑郁模型大鼠海马5-HT、GABA及Glu的影响。方法采用随机分组,用长期轻度不可预见性应激加孤养复制大鼠抑郁症模型,观察大鼠海马5-羟色胺(5-HT)、γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)及谷氨酸(Glu)的变化。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组5-HT及GABA的含量显著降低,Glu含量显著升高;与模型组比较,氟西汀组和柴桂温胆定志汤组5-HT及GABA的含量均有不同程度的提高,Glu含量有不同程度的降低。结论柴桂温胆定志汤的抗抑郁作用与提高大鼠海马5-HT、GABA的表达,降低Glu的表达,调节海马神经递质系统的平衡有关。 Objective To observe the effect of Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction on 5-HT, GABA and Glu in the hippocampus of depression model rats. Methods Rats were randomly divided into six groups. The depression model of rat was established by stimulation of separation and long-term mild unpredlcted stress, and the changes of contents of 5-HT, GABA and Glu in the hippocampus of rats were observed. Results Compared with normal control group, the contents of 5-HT and GABA were decreased significantly, the content of Glu was increased significantly in model group. Compared with model group, the contents of 5HT and GABA were increased in various degrees, the content of Glu was decreased in various degrees in flu- oxetine group and Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction groups. Conclusion Chaigui Wendan Dingzhi Decoction has antidepressant effect, and the mechanism is possibly related with increasing the expression level of 5-HT and GABA, decreasing the expression level of Glu in the hippocampus of rats, and regulating the balance of neurotransmitters system.
