摘要
学校心理健康教育的不断推进,对教师的教育能力提出了新的挑战。教师的心理教育能力已经成为新时代教师能力结构的重要因素,制约着学校心理健康教育的有效实施。本文从三个方面归纳并界定了教师心理教育能力的内涵,探讨了其构成要素,最后针对当前教师心理教育能力培养过程的问题,提出了加强理论学习等四个方面的培养策略。
As school mental health education developed, it takes challenges to the teacher's educational ability. The mental educational ability has become an important part of quality educational ability structure. The article define the meaning from three different aspects by comprehensive analysis, then conclude its structural components, point out the shortcomings existed, at last, explore four culture strategies and ways, including improve the level of theoretical knowledge.etc.
