Study on Extraction Technology of Hirudo from Qianliening Capsule

目的优化前列宁胶囊中水蛭的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以抗凝血酶活性为指标确定提取参数。结果水蛭提取工艺为6倍量60%乙醇,浸泡24h,渗漉速度为1mL/min。结论渗漉提取工艺可用于前列宁胶囊中水蛭有效成分的提取。

Objective To optimize the extraction technology of hirudo from Qianliening capsule. Methods The antithrombin activity was served as index, and orthogonal design method was used to obtain extraction parameters. Results The optimized extraction technology was as follows： 60% ethanol was used as solvents, the volume of solvents was 6 times of that of materia medica, the soaking time was 24 h, and the percolate speed was 1 mL/min. Conclusion The percolation process can be used for the extraction of hirudo from Qianliening capsule.
