摘要 成功地组装了35对千瓦级质子交换膜型燃料电池。电池采用表面改性的金属双极板;氢气采用内增湿,冷却水排热;采用美国杜邦公司的Nafion117质子交换膜,热压法制备膜电极三合一电极;采用碳载铂为电催化剂,铂担量为0.4mg/cm2;电池组工作温度为室温~100℃,H2工作压力/O2工作压力为0.25MPa~0.45MPa/0.30MPa~0.50MPa;电池组输出功率为1kW~1.5kW,电池组输出电流为40A~69A,输出电压为27V~23V,电极工作电流密度为300mA/cm2~530mA/cm2,电池组能量转化效率为52%。 kW proton exchange membrane fuel cell stack which consisted of 35 cells with active area of 130cm 2 had been made.Inter humidification technology was used in the stack and cold water was used to remove the useless heat of the stack.Membrane nafion 117 was also used in the stack.Platinum on carbon was used as catalyst with load of 0.4mg/cm 2 and the metal collector plates modified in the surface were used.The stack normally operated at 0.25MPa~0.45MPa/0.30MPa~0.50 MPa of H 2/O 2 at operating temperature ranged from ambient temperature to 100℃.The power output of the stack was 1kW~1.5kW and the current and voltage output of the stack was 40A~69A,27V~23V respectively.The normal current density of the electrode was 300mA/cm 2~530mA/cm 2,and the energy efficienty of the stack was 52%.
