摘要
文章介绍了Ｉｎｔｒａｎｅｔ环境下的电力系统调度计划管理系统——ＷＥＢＬＭＳ的体系结构、形式及功能。与传统调度计划管理系统相比，ＷＥＢＬＭＳ新增了远程数据收集、自校核、自动运行、自发送等功能，且有更好的开放性，更易于使用和维护。
Intranet based optimal scheduling system of power system (WEBLMS) is presented in this paper. WEBLMS is more open, easier to use, maintain and can cooperate with other applications easily. Functions in traditional optimal scheduling management system are reserved. New functions are included in WEBLMS, such as remote data collection, auto-checking, auto-running, auto-sending, etc.
