论带隙电压基准源

摘要 基准电压源(voltage references)是一种能提供精确稳定电压的集成电路模块,是现代模拟集成电路的重要组成部分。在许多模拟电路中,如数模转换器(DAC)、模数转换哭(ADC)、线性稳压器和开关稳压器中都需要有高精度、高稳定度的基准电压。特别是在精密测量仪器仪表和现代数字通信系统中,通常把集成电压基准源作为系统测量和校准的基准。鉴于此,国外许多模拟集成电路制造厂商相继推出许多种类的高精度集成电压基准产品。 Voltage references (voltage references) is a way to provide accurate and stable voltage IC module, and also is an important part of the analog integrated circuits. In many analog circuits, such as digital to analog convener (DAC), analog-to-digital converter (ADC), linear regulator and switching regulator requires high precision and high stability of voltage reference. Especially in precision measuring instruments and modern digital communication system, usually the integrated voltage reference source is considered as a system of measurement and calibration of the benchmark.. In view of this, overseas many analog IC manufacturers have implemented many kinds of high-precision integrated voltage reference products.
