不等匝绕组的理论基础及应用分析

摘要 通过磁势分析,讨论了不等匝绕组的原理,进而分析它的降低谐波含量、改善磁势波形、提高绕组的电磁利用率的特点,并对几个Y系列电机进行了绕组改进计算列出改进后电机效率和噪声的计算结果。 From magnetomotive force analysis, this paper discusses the theory of Unequal turns winding. The main specific of this kind of winding lines in that it is capable of declining harmonics, ameliorating the wave-form of m. m. f and enhancing the utilization ratio of windings. Several improved calculation on Y - series prototype motor are performed, the calculated results of efficiency and noise are presented, and compared with those of the general winding.
