韭菜连作对大棚土壤微生物和酶活性的影响 被引量:19

Effects of Chinese Chives' Continuous Cropping on Microbial Quantity and Enzymes Activities in the Soil of Big Cote

摘要 通过定点试验研究了连作年限对韭菜产量和品质、土壤微生物和土壤酶的影响。实验结果表明:韭菜连作,使韭菜的产量下降,品质变劣;土壤中真菌和放线菌均下降,放线菌下降的较为明显,细菌数量急剧增加,微生物总量降低;土壤的脲酶、碱性磷酸酶和转化酶活性都有随着连作年限增加而增强的趋势,土壤过氧化氢酶、多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性有随着连作年限增加而下降。 The effects of continuous cropping ages on production and quality of Chinese Chives,microbial quantity and enzyme activities in soil were investigated through Fixed-point test.The results showed as follows.Production and quality of Chinese Chives' yield got decreased and its quality got worse by continuous cropping.The quantity of fungi,actinomycetes and total microbes decreased,while that of bacteria dramatically increased by continuous cropping.With the increase of years of continuous cropping,the activities of urase,invertase and phosphatase in soil improved,while the activities of catalase,polyphenoloxidase and peroxide enzyme in soil decreased.
