摘要
通过对Pm0217F菌株进行不同时间梯度的紫外诱变,得到5株不同的诱变菌株。通过对5个诱变株的菌落特征、生长速率、大孢子千分率、分生孢子不同聚集方式及虫草菌素含量等生物学特性比较,结果显示,诱变最适时间为60s,且大孢子比例高、拟青霉型产孢结构比例大的菌株生物学特性较优。
Ultraviolet radiation to mutate Pm0217F were adopted, and five different strains were obtained at different times of UV mutagenesis. The colony morphology, growth rate, megaspore's permillage, conidiophore of different aggregation methods and content of cordycepin were compared. The results showed that the best time was 60 s, and the strain that had high proportion of megaspore and high proportion of Paecilomyces-type showed the best biological characters.
