摘要
随着市场经济的不断发展,医学模式及医疗消费方式的转变,法制的不断完善,已使医患双方关系发生了根本性转变,病人对医院的要求和对医生的期望质越来越高,导致医疗纠纷逐年上升。所以,加强医疗质量管理,保证和提高医疗服务质量,是医院的首要任务,医院医疗质量的好坏和医生职业道德的优劣,不仅关系到国民身体素质的改善,更对整个社会的稳定发展有着巨大的影响。因此,医院的管理理念必须是以患者为中心,坚持以人为本,开展个性化服务,树立"质量第一",保证医疗安全,以提高医疗水平服务,实现医患满意。
