神经节苷脂治疗大面积脑梗死的有效性研究

摘要 目的:神经节苷脂对颈内动脉系统大面积脑梗死的治疗作用。方法:将79例大面积脑梗死分为治疗组39例(治疗组又分为治疗组1 20例和治疗组2 19例)和对照组40例,对照组采用依达拉奉和甘露醇治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用GM-1,治疗后观察两组临床疗效,利用美国国立卫生研究院卒中评分量表(NIHSS)及日常生活活动量表(Barthel指数,BI)进行评分。结果:对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为10.0%、56.3%;治疗组1治疗前后NIHSS评分分别为23.43±2.24、14.31±1.59,BI评分分别28.10±7.55、54.18±8.32;治疗组2治疗前后NIHSS评分分别为20.10±3.45、16.22±2.91,BI评分分别26.10±7.79、50.98±9.76;对照组治疗前后NIHSS评分分别为22.22±1.97、20.14±3.22,BI评分为27.98±6.72、39.87±5.78。结论:急性颈内动脉系统大面积脑梗死应用GMI可减轻患者的神经功能缺损程度。
