It is widely believed that busi-ness innovation has been paid close atten-tion to adapt the changing market environ-ment. Information System plays an impor-tant role in this innovation by reengineer-ing the structure of information flow andoperational model in organizations. Start-ing with the IS experts’ effects and theirmain contribution in innovation,this studydiscusses the close relationship betweenBusiness Innovation and Information System,Teamwork and IS experts. Based onthis analysis,the author gives those execu-tives some advice on how to treat the roleof Information System correctly and howto cooperate with IS experts. Meanwhile,this paper introduces some detailed pointsessential to Information System construct-ing and some ways for the IS experts onhow to enhance the performance of Infor-mation System in the whole business inno-vating process.
