摘要 针对热处理电阻炉炉温的精确与平稳控制,简介了用PID算法及经典模糊控制算法的使用结果与缺陷,在此基础上给出一种用于控制滞后系统的预报式模糊控制算法,并将此算法作了适合电阻炉特性的改进。通过对比三种算法的温度控制结果,验证了新算法的有效性。 To realize the smooth, accuracy temperature control of the resistance furnace for heat treatment, the results and shortcomings of PID and classical fuzzy control method are briefly introduced and analyzed. A kind of fuzzy predictive control algorithm for delay system is given and improved to fit for the delay characteristics of resistance furnace. The results of three control algorithm are compared to indicate the effectiveness of the new algorithm.
