一个提高项目组合管理水平的综合框架

摘要 1.引言 随着企业对项目的担保支出越来越高,单一项目的可控性确实是提高了,但是伴随而来的是项目组合的管理无效性和复杂性的增加。因此,结构化的并且具有前瞻性的项目管理手段变得尤为重要。良好的项目组合管理(Project Portfolio Management,PPM)是企业能够同时控制多个项目成功运作的关键。
