摘要
象征性交货是针对实际交货而言的一种交货方式,卖方凭单交货,买方凭单付款,是国际贸易中经常使用的交货方式。学生在初学时不容易理解,主要是由缺乏感性认识、对风险转移界限理解不透彻、缺乏相关知识和没有从总体上把握外贸合同等原因造成。因此教师要针对原因找对策,提高学生的理解力,真正达到学以致用的目的。
Delivery is a means of delivery against actual delivery,which is usually used in international trade. The sellers deliver goods and the buyers make payment both only by documents. At the beginning students feel it difficult to understand. This is mainly because of lack of perceptual knowledge,bad understanding of risk transfer limits,lack of relevant knowledge and no overall grasp of foreign trade contracts. Therefore teachers should address solutions for these problems to enhance students'comprehension to symbolic delivery and apply their knowledge in practice.
