我国体育赛事经纪市场发展水平低,存在诸多问题,建议通过建立有效体育赛事经纪人培训机制提高他们的整体素质;从行业角度来讲要加强行业自治,淡化行政干预,加深与主管部门的交流和沟通;制定统一的体育经纪人管理办法和法律规定。
Sports events brokers market in our countries develops at a low level and have a lot of problems. Establishing a effective sports events broke training mechanism is suggested to improve their overall quality; From the industry perspective,we have to strengthen industry self-government,dilute administrative intervention,and deepen exchanges and communication between authorities :we also need to formulate a unified management approach and the sports agent law.
