摘要
房地产业是一个资金密集度高、风险较大的行业。目前不少房地产企业还存在着资金管理和成本管理较粗放的问题,因此,提高对房地产业的财务管理水平十分必要。本文在分析房地产企业经营特征的基础上,总结当前房地产企业财务成本管理方面存在的问题,并提出解决这些问题的对策。
The real estate is a capital-intensive,high risk industry. Currently,there are still a lot of funds management and more extensive cost management problems in real estate business. Therefore,it is essential to improve the financial management of the real estate industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the real estate business,and based on that summarizes the problems existing in the current financial cost management of real estate business and proposes measures to address these issues.
