建设学习型企业就是要突出"学习"在企业参与市场竞争、生存发展过程中的重要作用。只有注重学习,才能提升学习力,增强竞争力。面对社会生产力高度发达、经济全球化、社会信息化的严峻挑战,如果企业的学习能力、创新能力、开发能力和战略管理能力得不到提高的话,在市场竞争中必然要被淘汰。

Building Learning-oriented enterprises should highlight the important role of ＂learning＂ in the enterprises participating in market competition and the survival and development process. Only focusing on learning can enhance the learning ability and competitiveness. Facing the highly developed social productive forces,economic globalization and the serious challenge of society informatization,if an enterprise＇s learning ability,creativity,development capabilities and strategic management skills are not improved,it is bound to be eliminated in the market competition.
